Blocking Routine

Twin forearm block, sliding to cat stance, reverse knife hand strike, point, punch

Moving forward circle block, reverse punch

Knife hand guarding block, down block, reverse punch

Circle block, same hand knife hand strike, step forward reverse knife hand strike to neck

Kicking Routine

Circle block, step forward, back leg front kick

Back fist, reverse punch, back leg round kick, step down, spin crescent kick

Back leg inside out crescent kick, same leg side kick without setting down, spin hook kick

Grab Defenses

Low bear hug: Pull arm out, elbows left then right

High bear hug: Double punch while jumping to a horse riding stance, slide to left, right elbow into solar plexus, hammer strike to groin

Tackle defense: Step back, forearm strike to collar bone, grab neck, knee to midsection and elbow shoulder blade

Attacker goes for tackle: place elbow on spine and take down opponent

Attacker performs front bear hug over your arms: take both hands and step and push on pelvic bones

Attacker performs front bear hug under your arms: make phoenix knuckle and push into their ribs

Attacker performs a high bear hug: step to side, knife hand strike groin, circle your foot behind opponent with your leg and down block.

Attacker performs a high bear hug: drop to a horse riding stance, pray and lift up your hands

Attacker performs a low bear hug: take heel and dig in on top of their foot.

Attacker performs front bear hug lifting you: take hand push up nose

Outside in crescent kick, opposite leg spin heel kick (both sides)

Outside in crescent kick, same leg side kick without touching ground (both sides)

Step forward to inside (horse riding stance), left arm outer forearm block and right elbow to temple, both hands grab behind head, head butt, left leg round knee to ribs

Step forward to outside (horse riding stance), left arm outer forearm block, left hand reaches behind head, right elbow strike to temple, slide left hand down in front of shoulder and punch with ? hand, pull with left leg, takedown, right leg round kick on ground

Open hand by ear, step out to side, same time circle down punch block, opposite ridge hand to head
