Blocking Routine

Down block, rising block, double punch

Rising block, down block, double punch

Knife hand guarding block, double punch

Twin forearm block, point, punch

Knife hand strike, punch

Kicking Routine

Moving forward back leg front kick, double punch

Back fist, sliding forward front leg hook kick

Back leg round kick, side kick

Grab Defenses

Front choke hold: Grab left wrist, right arm up, step back with left leg, strike with right elbow

Rear choke hold: Step behind right foot with left while circling left arm around opponents arms, punch stomach, elbow face

Opponent does a front choke: step back and block elbow with your inner forearm

Opponent chokes from behind: step sideways as you do an outer forearm block.

Hand shake: open up your hand and use free hand to grab your fingers and step back.

Hand shake: use free hand to grab opponents thumb and circle with opposite foot and pull attacker down.

One Steps

X-block, grab and twist wrist, round kick to midsection, sweep with same leg, punch as opponent falls

Inside out crescent kick, opposite leg low and high round kicks

Jump front kick, landing with outer forearm block and punch at the same time

Step forward to outside (horse riding stance), push block, punch, inside out crescent kick
