Blocking Routine

Outer forearm block, knife hand guarding block, reverse punch

Search block, opposite hand search block, then punch

Outer forearm block, front stance punch

Twin knife hand block, step forward spear finger

Kicking Routine

Back leg axe kick, spin side kick

Back leg hook kick low, balance and same leg round kick high

Spin hook kick, side kick

Grab Defenses

Full or half nelson: Stomp feet of attacker, peel hand off neck, step right foot towards left, elbow left, grab neck pull down and knee

Arm bar hold: Grab wrist, slide in a horse riding stance to right, left elbow to solar plexus, hammer fist to groin

Double wrist from behind. Step right leg forward, crash opponents wrist together by lifting one arm up and bringing the other down.

Full nelson defense: grab finger, turn and place elbow on bicep, push on wrist and take opponent down

Reverse arm choke hold: take both hands peel thumb, turn into attacker tacking arm and pushing it into your chest as you step forward taking opponent to ground

Reverse armbar on neck: turn into opponent, step forward and sweep opponent as you clothes line him with your arm

Attacker grabs both wrists from behind: step and raise arm up and cross it over the other and escape

One Steps

Hook kick, same leg round kick, opposite leg spin heel kick

Jump up round kick (both sides)

Left Hand by left ear, step out to left with left leg, same time grab arm lifting up high, twist in upper cut under arm pit using front finger knuckle, left leg sweep behind opponent's forward leg, takedown, right leg axe kick to mid-section

Right hand closed by right ear, step-in right leg (back stance), same time outer forearm block, right away same hand back fist to face, sliding in opposite (back stance), right elbow strike to body

Hands up cross arms X-block position (right hand on top), right knee up, outer forearm block stepping down and forward, right elbow stri4ke to body, feet together, same hand knife hand strike to left side of neck.
