Blocking Routine
Back stance outer forearm block, shifting to front stance open hand groin strike
Step, low X-block in a front stance, pull back twin high punch
Step back, high right back fist and low left down block in a back stance
Knife hand guarding block in a back stance, pointing right knife hand, balance front leg front kick, pull back right hand and left hand spear finger
Low knife hand sudo block (both sides)
Kicking Routine
Back fist punch, back leg round kick landing in front, tornado kick
Spin hook kick, back leg round kick, jump spin crescent kick
Front leg front kick, balancing high round kick, landing on left knee spin around and leg sweep
Grab Defenses
Ground fighting on all fours: Grab opponent's right hand with right hand, spin opponent over back while raising left hand to set opponent in motion taking opponent to ground, right hand punch
Both hands tightly grasped: Left knee to groin, head butt to nose
Hair pull: Grab meaty portion of hand, twist and grab elbow with pressure, knee to face
Opponent garbs shirt: take hand weave in and out of opponents arms, step and push on their elbow
Opponent grabs shirt: step forward , extend left arm and circle block with other arm
Opponent grabs shirt: with one hand, post step back and reinforce block taking opponent down
Attacker grabs hair from front: place hands on top of opponent, turn them over and take opponent down
Attacker grabs hair from front: place both hands on theirs, take your elbow and place it on their bicep and push down
Behind hair pull: place both hands on opponent and turn in the direction of the thumb(of attackers hand), squat and stand up facing them as you restrain the wrist.
Behind hair pull: place both hands on theirs, turn in direction of their thumb, place elbow on their bicep and take opponent down
Kicking Defenses
Front kick: Outer forearm block, front leg front kick to groin
Side kick: Fall on left knee while balancing with hands, leg sweep opponent's balancing leg
Jump spinning kick: Slide in close, punch opponent in face
One Steps
Hand open by ear, step back to back stance, jump spin side kick (both sides)
Drop down on left knee, hands on floor, turning back, right foot leg sweep to heel
Hand open by ear, step back block (back stance), tornado kick, spin heel kick (both sides)
Right leg step back to back stance, left arm rising block, groin attack, switch to front stance, eye attack
Hands up X-block (left on top), grab arm with left hand, left foot step in, break arm over shoulder, left arm elbow strike, twist arm over shoulder, takedown
Right fist by ear, right foot step in to a back stance, right arm outer forearm block, back fist to face, spin back, left hand back fist, right leg spin hook kick
